    Student Schedules
    Posted on 08/21/2017

Our registrar, Ms. Wong, and office staff have worked hard to get schedules ready and out prior to the first day of school. We have your student’s tentative schedule included with this newsletter. Final schedules will be given to your student on the first day of school.

Please remember that Eckstein’s schedule is very complex and electives are not guaranteed. We prioritize the scheduling of core academic classes and reading/math support classes to ensure that all students are in the appropriate courses. We cannot accommodate teacher choice. We do our best to honor elective choices when possible.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your student’s schedule (such as a student placed in wrong math class), the Eckstein Counseling Department staff will be available to answer questions via return emails, phone calls or in person on the following days and times:

    August 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Email & Voicemail: The counselors will respond to emails and phone calls in the order received during designated office hours.

Walk-ins: If you prefer an in-person visit, please come to the Eckstein counseling center on the second floor, sign in and then wait outside the counseling center, Room 214. These drop in appointments are on a first come basis. In order to accommodate everyone, appointments are limited to 15 minutes
