Find many of the forms you need for ordering band shirts, signing up for the band email list, and attending band events and activities (listed on the Band Calendar) below. To print a form, click on the appropriate form link to access the PDF version of the form.
Complete the form and return it to the appropriate teacher or event coordinator (specified on the form). At this time, you cannot complete and submit the form online.
Eckstein 2017 Summer Music Program:
The Summer Music Program at Eckstein for incoming 6th graders will be
June 27th to July 14th this year. It's a great deal for a half day camp
at only $90.00. Click on the link Summer School Permission Form.
6th grade musicians also need to meet briefly with Mr. Escobedo prior to the beginning of the school year. Click Interview Statement about details on the interview process.

2017 Solo & Ensemble Contest at Eckstein March 25:
Signup Deadline is Monday March 13, 2017.
Musicians of all abilities in sixth through eighth grade are encouraged to participate in this year's Solo and Ensemble contest, to take place on Saturday, March 25. The event gives students in choir, band, and orchestra an opportunity to play a short piece -- individually or with a group -- before a local professional musician who will encourage students and provide feedback on their performance. All participants will receive a medal and certificate. Students should check with music teachers to learn if incentives are offered to those who participate. Registration closes Monday, March 13. Scholarships are available to cover the entry fee.
Students are assigned a performance time, so it is a fairly short time commitment on March 25. Please remind your student to bring a copy of their music for the adjudicator to look at while they are performing.

Save your Stuff and Save the Date - Saturday, April 22nd, 2017
The Eckstein Band Annual rummage Sale is Saturday, April 22, 2017.We need your donations to make this event a success. Please set aside your gently used clothing, household items, books, music, furniture, sporting equiptment and more. On Friday April 21st bring your donations to the Eckstein Cafeteria between 1:30 and 4PM.
Mark your calendar and come to the Rummage sale on Saturday from 9AM to 3PM. there will be great deals to be had, baked goods and music from our very own jazz combos.
Monies raised from the rummage sale go directly to Eckstein's music program and are used to help offset some of the cost of oof-campus music performances, repair to instuments and provide scholarships to children who need assistance. Our goal is to make music accessible to everyone!

The Eckstein Band Email List is used to communicate important band information to parents.
The annual $70 Band Enrichment helps support the band program.
Eckstein Band Deposit and Reimbursement Forms
To submit Eckstein Band checks or cash for deposit, complete both of these forms and return them to the Fiscal Officer, Curt Peterson, in the Main Office.
To submit reimbursement requests for band expenses, complete this form and return it to the Fiscal Officer, Sue Wong, in the Main Office.
