Distribution Day - NOW on Saturday 9/19
    Posted on 09/08/2020

We apologize for the continual change of plans for our material distribution as we monitor air quality this week.

It looks like it will be best to wait until Saturday, September 19 for our materials distribution.

In an effort to get materials distributed before the Monday school day, we are hoping to get a good number of bags out to families on Saturday.

We recognize this is Rosh Hashanah and we know some members of our community will not be able stop by school on Saturday to pick up materials. For those who will honoring the traditions of the High Holiday and Rosh Hashanah, please email Julia Detering at if you would like to pick up materials on Friday. We also know some families have weekend plans and will not be able to participate on Saturday. Therefore, we will have an additional small distribution on Monday, September 21.

Please see the below schedule. We are having a hard time finding volunteers for the Monday distribution but have plenty willing to help on Saturday. We are hoping to get as many families through on Saturday as possible.
