    Pfizer Vaccine Clinic at Eckstein June 15th - 1:30 - 5:30 pm

    This clinic is open to students and community members who received their first dose on May 25th as well as those seeking a first dose.  

    If you receive your first dose on June 15, then you will need to get your second dose elsewhere.

    SPS is partnering with the City of Seattle, Public Health – Seattle & King County, and Seattle Fire Department to host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Eckstein Middle School for students 12 and older and their families.

    Date and Time: June 15, 2021 @ 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm (registration begins at 1:30 pm)

    Location at the school: Auditorium - Enter through garden in back of school

    Anyone entering the building must take an attestation at the site.

    If the student is under 18, they will need to bring the signed parental consent form.

    Families can return consent forms via:

    • Print, sign, and return paper form with student attending clinic
    • Accompany student to clinic to give verbal consent (If clinic is outdoors)
    Vaccination details:
    • There is a 15-minute wait period post-vaccination. People will be spaced out in the auditorium to wait out this period.
    • Family members can be vaccinated during this event.
    • Vaccines are free.
