    Tech Support for Laptop Issues

    Any students who are having an issue with their laptop can contact the Student Tech Support techline by emailing us at laptops@seattleschools.org  with the information about their issue!

    The staff manning the mailbox will be able to troubleshoot with the students for things like system or login issues, or provide information about creating an appointment at one of our swap/service sites if it is something like a hardware issue that needs to be addressed in person or requires swapping their laptop for a new one.
