Concert Attire
How the orchestra appears to the audience is an important part of the presentation. We ask that each student comes to concerts dressed appropriately and be uniformed with the rest of the orchestra.
All Orchestras:
Bottom – Solid long black pants/trousers/slacks (full length, must come down to ankles, no leggings or yoga pants) or skirt (must come below knees, with black tights). SOLID black socks (no logos) or tights (Sheer is ok, no patterns). Belt must also be solid black
Shoes – Solid black dress shows or low heels/flats, must be close toed (no sneakers)
Top- Solid White 3/4 or long sleeve dress shirts or collared shirts (No tank tops or short sleeves/ T-shirts)
*We will also accept donations of gently-used concert attire that students are no longer wearing. These items will be washed, stored, and given to students who may need it. Please send them to Ms Kong with your student. We also have a swap at the beginning of the school year.
Eckstein Orchestra Summer Band Camp – June 24 – July 12, 2024
Instruction for Incoming 2024-25 6th Graders – Every Eckstein 2024-25 Orchestra 6th grader is encouraged to attend. Instruments and supplies are available to loan. Please email Ms. Kong at aykong@seattleschools.org if you need an instrument.

Date: June 24 – July 12, 2024
Time: 9 am – Noon
