Eckstein Musical Updates
Summary : Eckstein Musical Auditions - Feb. 3-5
Here are your rehearsal calls for this week, all in the Auditorium (unless otherwise noted):
MONDAY, February 23: 3:55 – 5:30 — ALL CALLED, crew optional.
We will introduce our cast, talk about production details and expectations, then start reading through the script together!
PLEASE BRING: A binder to put your script in, a pencil.
TUESDAY, February 24: 3:55 – 5:30 — CANDY, CHERRY, COCO, COOKIE, GINGER, BLONDIE, LITTLE DEBBIE, PEACHES, PECAN SANDY, TOFFEE, JONNY.
We will work music with CJ, and movement/choreo vocabulary with Karin.
WEDNESDAY, February 25: 2:45 – 5:30 — ALL CALLED, crew optional.
We will finish reading the script, and learn some ensemble music!
This is a long day, and we will take a break in the middle, feel free to bring a snack!
THURSDAY, February 26: 3:55 – 5:30 — No Rehearsal.
OTHER INFORMATION:
PARENT MEETING: We will have our Parent Kickoff Meeting on Monday, March 2nd after rehearsal from 5:40 – 6:15. This is your chance to meet the directing team, ask questions, and get information on how you can support this year’s musical in your way. Attendance isn’t required, but the more information we can communicate early, the better we can set this year’s students up for success. (We will try to have an online zoom/teams option as well.)
CREW: The students on crew are welcome to come to rehearsal, but they aren’t officially called this week. They will receive an email next week about crew information.
E-MAIL LISTS: If you know of a cast member or family member who should be receiving these e-mails, but didn’t receive this, it is possible we have their e-mail address misspelled or otherwise incorrect. Please have them e-mail us from the correct address. Thank you!
